Writers I Have Coached

Wouldn't Take Nothing for My Journey (2023), by Mary Louise Binion Terry, is a multi-generational memoir and historical document about a person who was born in Mississippi, made it in the Detroit Area, and later as an American Airlines employee whose main client was Steelcase in Grand Rapids! It's quite a story of a remarkable journey.

Liz Brown, a wife, mother, and an administrator at a local elementary school has written a touching story of her being adopted in another country and then raised by a White family in the United States.  See her family picture book
The ABC's of Adoption.

Martin F. Grizzell, Jr., author of QUILTS IN THE CLOSET: More Than a Family Memoir (2021).  See more of Martin's Digital Art on his website at this link:

  Sisters become authors

What a delight to work with two sisters, Dalise and Dalia Boone, and their Mom, Dasondra Boone, who write a lovely story about the girls dream to have a Fashion Show!
The artist, Latoree Howard has done a splendid job illustrating this winning story.
